Prescriptions are issued only when deemed medically appropriate by a licensed provider following a consultation. Completion of an intake form or purchase of a product does not guarantee a prescription.
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies and are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Results described on this website are not guaranteed and individual outcomes vary.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including truthful medical history, and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Misuse of the platform — including providing false information, attempting to obtain medications for others, or reselling products — may result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle through your patient portal or by contacting support.
Due to the nature of prescription medications and compounded products, all sales are final once an order has been processed by the pharmacy. Consultation fees may be refunded at our discretion if no prescription is issued.
